Reimbursement of the amounts paid, excluding the insurance premium, for any cancellation sent in writing up to 48 hours before the start of the rental.
The excess waiver allows you, for an additional fee, to reduce the excess in the event of theft, fire or damage for which you are responsible, with an identified third party.
